I still can't reproduce the bug, even using the AddressDB.pc3.
I have the complete company name 'State of Israel' bit no warnings.

I guess the "buffer too small" error comes from another
application/database.

Yes. change the #define ADDRESS_MAX_CLIST_NAME in address_gui.c to 50
something like that.
