I should have compared better with my old machine: There I had the line "snd-pcm-oss" in /etc/modules :~)
Feel free to downgrade this bug to wishlist: mp3blaster should maybe help stupid users like me by either using ALSA or at least pointing to snd-pcm-oss instead of the unfriendly "failed to open ...". -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
