Package: xscreensaver
Version: 5.05-3
Severity: normal

X.Org automatically picks a resolution of 1280x800 on my secondary display
(which is running an independ X server) because of insufficient memory on the
video card to display the max resolution of the monitor and that is the highest
of the vailable resolutions. At that resolution x DPI is not the same as y DPI
and in screensaver things are 'squished' horizontally (everything is narrow) so
squares are not square and the sonar circle. I am not sure if this is true of
all hacks or just some (some would be hard to tell anyway; the sonar one is
obvious because it is supposed to be a fullscreen circle).
