Package: virtaal
Version: 0.3.1-1
Severity: important
Hi,
If you install virtaal without recommends (python-gnome2-extras needs
the installation of more than 60 packages on my system...) and if
translate-toolkit is not yet installed, virtaal doesn't start.
Aptitude log of "aptitude -R install virtaal"
Les NOUVEAUX paquets suivants vont être installés :
python-cairo{a} python-glade2{a} python-gtk2{a} python-numeric{a}
python-pycurl{a} translate-toolkit{a} virtaal
Les paquets suivants sont RECOMMANDÉS mais ne seront pas installés :
iso-codes openoffice.org-common python-enchant python-gnome2-extras
python-levenshtein python-simplejson python-utidylib python-vobject
Log when I try to start virtaal:
florentin % virtaal
No module named lxml
Python-Levenshtein not found. Continuing with built-in (slower) fuzzy
matching.
python-lxml is a recommended dependency of translate-toolkit, and in this
case, python-lxml is not installed with translate-toolkit.
May be, you should add a python-lxml dependency to virtaal.
