thanks for your bugreport.
/bin/sh is owned by bash, thus reassigning, as bash would first need to
introduce handling /bin/sh via the debian alternatives system. (I'm also
cc:ing the dash maintainer as I'm not aware why they choose divert over
alternatives.)
Daniel, you're probably aware that you change this sysmlink
with "dpkg-reconfigure dash"?!
