I have four 'tags' or virtual-desktops called:
ichi, ni, san, chi (or 1,2,3,4 in japanese)
And when i run sonata, i'd like to be on the fourth tag/v-d ('chi'),
but instead it runs on the first tag/v-d ('ichi').
The problem here is not sonata for that matter, happens with
other programs too. Also, I tried running xprop on sonata to see if was
the case (Sonata instead of sonata) but didn't changed anything.
On #[email protected] somebody recommend to use the position
of the tag instead of its name (ie: 4 instead of 0chi'), and didn't
worked either.
This is how my rules section of my .awesomerc looks like:
--
rules
{
rule { name = "Gimp" float = true }
rule { name = "vlc" float = true }
rule { name = "pidgin" tags = "ni" }
rule { name = "liferea" tags = "ni" }
rule { name = "sonata" tags = "chi"}
rule { name = "feh" float = true }
}
