IPC::System::Simple takes the hard work out of calling external commands; all
of your system() commands will either succeeed (run to completion and return
a zero exit value), or die with rich diagnostic messages.

The long description could do with some improvement, first of all
"in-built" isn't really an english word TTBOMK, builtin is the standard
writing of it. Additionally the additional paragraph in between is a bit
confusing because the first paragraph doesn't say much about the package
but should because it's usually the most important part about the
package.
