I made a script to watch the port being broadcast(ed) by cups on my servers. The script is warning me every day at 6:31. Every time logrotate runs: invoke-rc.d --quiet cupsys force-reload
So the bug seems to be on cupsd receiving SIGHUP (and possibly some option/configuration profile).
