Hello, jpeg support is a new feature of enblend/enfuse 3.2. This is one of the known problems of combining hugin 0.7 with enblend 3.0. See /usr/share/doc/hugin/README.Debian. Installing enblend and enfuse 3.2 from experimental should fix your problem.
