Hmm, there was something completely unrelated but it might be in some
strange way still related. It is the bug that suddenly the keyboard
mappings/definitions are not honored. PLease take a look at bug
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=515976
where the talk about some version mismatch etc and libx11proto changes.
