Package: kmess Severity: normal Kmess version in unstable is 1.4, it is too old, there is a 1.5 (pre-release) in experimental since much time ago. I think it is the time to update kmess to its 2.0 version, using a functional recent svn snapshot. Kmess 2.0 is a KDE4 application.
There are a bug requesting an update to 1.5 final: Bug #460746 since some time ago and the maintainer has not atended it. See also Bug #515663, ITP for kmess2 package.
