Package: f-spot Version: 0.5.0.3-1 Severity: important Tags: patch This was reported at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/f-spot/+bug/293305 . It has been fixed in SVN revision 4545, but would be worth carrying the patch until the next F-Spot point release.
"Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch f-spot
2. Edit -> Preferences -> Import settings -> Folder. Combo-box is gray
and inactive.
Expected:
Box is active and available.
Notes:
1. If I launch f-spot from command line like this:
LC_ALL=C LANG=C f-spot
The problem disappears."
This bug appears to affect non-English locales. When the reporter of the
Ubuntu bug discussed this on the F-Spot IRC channel, they were directed
to SVN trunk revision 4545 by a F-Spot developer, which contains a fix
