The Oxford Union Society rule was out of date, so I got the updated rule from 
the Society's PDF.

In Ubuntu, we've applied the attached patch to achieve the following:

  * datfiles/pets: Correct Oxford Union Society fortune (LP: #184824)

We thought you might be interested in doing the same.
