After reconfiguration of KDE Resources (KDE4 System Settings) error gone. I didn't change anything, just confirmed my old settings. Maybe this is problem with some kind of migration tools, which ran after upgrade kontact (and kde4) from 4:4.2.0-0r1 -> 4:4.2.0-1?
