It would be possible, but I'm not sure if I'm a fan of it. The main reason why I supported X-Debbugs-*: in psuedoheaders in the first place was for broken MUAs which can't edit the headers. [I assume your MUA isn't broken, so you really shouldn't need to be putting them there.] (Since those headers have nothing to do with the actual content of the bug, they generally shouldn't be getting in the way of the content of the bug.) Any X-Debbugs-*: header can be populated from the psuedo-headers and removed;[1] keeping the X-Debbugs- as a prefix separates them from the "real" psuedo-headers, and avoids any problems in the future if I decide to add more X-Debbugs-* options or more psuedo headers.
