Package: empathy Version: 0.23.3-3 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
I have installed empathy, launched it, and created a Google Talk account. Switching from Offline to Online (or any other status) produced no visible effect. I have also tried adding a Jabber account instead of Google Talk account to no avail. I have just installed the packages apt selected upon being directed to install empathy. I have just finished downloading version from experimental and will test that one, and report back to you.
