ircii is not bitchX, it is ircII. It installs a command /usr/bin/ircII and
an alternative /usr/bin/irc.

You can check out the content of package by using

> dpkg -L ircii     # for the files

> /usr/sbin/update-alternatives --display irc
irc - status is auto.
 link currently points to /usr/bin/ircII
/usr/bin/ircII - priority 20
 slave irc.1: /usr/share/man/man1/ircII.1.gz
Current 'best' version is /usr/bin/ircII.
