Package: bash
Version: 3.2-4
Severity: important

when typing begin of argument after instruction and pressing <TAB>,
completion mechanizm completes string inproperly with backslash ('\')
before any special character.

example:
du --max-<TAB>

generates:
du --max-level\=<SPACE>

the problem is that user has to remove manually backslash (' ') and
<SPACE> (' '), (space is not allowed before '=' and parameter.
