Package: compiz Version: 0.7.6-7 Followup-For: Bug #509691 I tried playing openarena. For me, "something" dies after around 10 min of playing. The game continues in the upper part of the screen, but I cannot act any longer. The rest of the screen is garbage. I can change to a console, but killall openarena doesn't help. killall compiz leaves the complete screen with garbage, but compiz kind of functional (= I can change to another workspace by Ctrl-Alt-drag - at least something in the garbage changes, which reminds me of the rotating cube). I can Ctrl-Alt-Backspace and X will restart.
Enabling the "unredirect fullscreen windows" option in compiz seems to cure the problem - I could play more than 15 min without problems.
