The location where config.rpath is now installed doesn't match with what
cdbs expects (/usr/share/gnulib/config/config.rpath is where this file used
to be). This results in disabled functionality for cdbs packages.
Please would you either:
- Move it back to /usr/share/gnulib/config/.
- Reassign this bug to cdbs to have buildcore.mk and tarball.mk reconciled
with the new path.

In the latter case, I would suggest adding a comment in gnulib, indicating
that changing this path should be coordinated with cdbs.
