Hello Oskar, When we came back on this bug back in April-May, you sent us some debug output at level 3 from a session showing the reported failure.
It would be very useful if you could send us a debug log at level 10 and not 3: LC_ALL=C smbclient -d 10 //..... Also, testing with a machine running a 3.2.* version of samba would help a lot. You explained that the machine you experience the problem on is a production machine you can't upgrade. However, you maybe have somewhere a test machine where you could install lenny on and try reaching the same Windows 2003 server with? --
