Even though the documentation in
/usr/share/AbiSuite-2.2/AbiWord/help/en-US/index.html is not in
/usr/share/doc, these files are essentially a user manual, and it would be
nice if they were included in the indices generated by dhelp.
To fix this, the package should create a .dhelp file and register the
documentation in its postinst.
