That's a mistake of mine. I did not do any specific work for emacspeak-ss and just sent the same patch...which is fine for the debcofn templates and translations but obviously not for the control file. I suggest that emacspeak-ss adopts a description similar to emacspeak (IIRC, there were anyway very few changes proposed in that part). The most "important" part in my opinion were anyway the debconf templates.
