reassign 509237 initramfs-tools

Hi,
So, the user has used, for example,
update-initramfs -c -t -k <kernelversion>
But they have not yet deleted the initramfs, since they are
using the kernel.
They now purge initramfs-tools. It fails. Why does this have
something to do with kernel-package? Please do not forward bugs to
random packages.
