reassign 509237 mkinitramfs-tools

Hi,
Consider this scenario:
a) I install a bunch of kernel-images with initrds, and use
mkinitramfs-tools to create the initramfs files.
b) I now purge mkinitramfs-tools (wanting to move to yaird, for
example).
The purge will fail, because /var/lib/initramfs-tools is not
empty. This is a bug.
