FAI feeds its list of package to debootstrap/apt-get/aptitude/rpm/foo, these 
tools output which packages they install. It clearly is possible and I'm sure 
it aint that hard. 

Also, really, removing stuff which was not explicitly asked to be removed 
should not be removed. The default should be to list those packages.
