Subject: ps-watcher starts before some watched processes
Package: ps-watcher
Version: 1.06-6
Severity: wishlist
Tags: patch
Hi Jan,
A suggestion that ps-watcher start at init 99 rather than 40. At 40, it
starts before commonly watched processes like apache and so generates
spurious warning e-mails during every bootup.
Patch:
change the line in ps-watcher-1.06/debian/rules from
dh_installinit -- defaults 40
to
dh_installinit -- defaults 99 01
Regards,
Tim
