Package: libphp-jabber
Version: 0.4.3-2
The maintainer of class.jabber.php has created a new, incompatible
version of the library, called XMPPHP, available from
http://code.google.com/p/xmpphp/ . (The old homepage for cjp now
redirects to the page for XMPPHP. I think the upstream maintainer
considers it the proper successor).
Since I use the library for Laconica (http://laconi.ca/), which I'm
about to ITP, I'd like to see an up-to-date package in Debian. If it
makes more sense to create a new package, I can do that, too.
