already uploaded to unstable. Mikhail was busy and I needed 0.5 to build
new jinja2 docs, so I uploaded[1] 0.5 to experimental, 0.4.3 wasn't
enough for me (jinja2 is using features introduced in Sphinx 0.5). Anyway,
citing upstream changelog that contains bug fixes only is not enough
for release managers[2], so I didn't upload 0.4.3 to unstable in case some
of the bugs are actually critical and we'll backport them to 0.4.2
(and unstable will be used as a playground, t-p-u is not really a good place
to test fixes)

If you want to convince RMs to unblock 0.4.3-1, feel free to mail them,
if not, I'll try to do it this weekend

[2] I wanted to complain about the few-lines-only-debdiff-policy here,
but I'll just shut up ;-)
