Package: mantis
Version: mantis_1.1.4+dfsg-1_all.deb
Severity: important

We recieve the above error when creating new users or trying to update
passwords for existing users. After attempting to reset an existing user's
password that user is unable to log in. They
recieve a message that their account may be disabled or they have tried to use
the wrong password or user name. As we are in process of implementing mantis
this is a major show stopper for us.

This bug is fixed upstream in v1.1.5 so it would be great to see the new
package available and 1.1.4 go away.
