Hi, I've added annotate.sh and annotate.1 to devscripts' svn. However I'm not sure about adding it to debuild as a default. Changing debuild's output will probably break some scripts. Joshua? Julian? would it be okay to make it optional for debuild? (running "annotate debuild [options] is not that difficult after all..)
