This command is useful for avoiding broken versions of packages
without having to set and clear manual
holds. If you decide you really want the forbidden version after
all, the "install" command will remove the
ban.
Mention if the forbidden version registration is cleared automatically
when a version higher than the forbidden version appears in the
Packages file, and e.g., full-upgrade installs it.
Or mention how to automate this process, or inhibit it.
