Package: automysqlbackup Version: 2.5-1 Severity: important Hi Thomas!
automysqlbackup doesn't seem to work here. One thing is that it seems to be wrong the call to /etc/default/automysqlbackup I have included "COMP=bzip2" in /etc/default/automysqlbackup and it still generates gziped files. Well, every option that I have included in /etc/default/automysqlbackup doesn't seem to work. (and didn't I look correctly or it is really missing a "fi" for the if at line 27 in /usr/sbin/automysqlbackup?) Also, I have one database that its directory is 23M (and its dump using mysqldump is also 23MB), but automysqlbackup generates a "dump" of only 45K (6,2K compressed). It's clearly missing something.
