Bug#504728: [slapd] Modification of cn=config prevents to bind at next directory restart

If you modify cn=config and restart you won't be able to bind to the 
DSA. You will see an error like: 

    PROXIED attributeDescription "DC" inserted.

Please see upstream bug 5795[1] and 5783[2]. A fix is available here[3].
