However, after applying the new screen resolution the small line of right panel is no visible any further. When I move the mouse to the bottom panel, at the moment I "touch" the panel the desktop appears and the small line of the right panel. As long as I am with the mouse over the bottom panel, the small line right panel is visible. Moving via the bottom panel to the right one I can even activate items from that panel. However, when leaving the right panel, the bottom panel is gone and now only the small line of the right panel is visible. The system has been described when I opened the bug.
