Package: rng-tools Version: 2-unofficial-mt.12-1 Severity: normal On some systems, like my laptop, there is no hw random device built in that is always on, but there is one that comes to life once the wireless is brought up. This happens later in boot and when I bring down the wireless then the hwrandom device disappears again. rng-tools should ship a script that starts rngd when the device appears so such systems can take advantage of the hwrandom device.
