The correct course of action would be to simply stop building that package from debian/rules (usually by trimming debian/control down at least) and uploading that new version. The above-mentioned binaries will then semi-automagically get dropped from Debian. Sorry to have given bad advice below, I didn't properly check whether this was a source or a binary package when giving that advice.
