I still see this bug occurring with 1.4.18-1. On my laptop, I have seen an increase in CPU temperature of over 20 degrees Celsius (to over 80 degrees Celsius) due to this bug, which is really not acceptable. Apparently there is some issue with xulrunner 1.9 and liferea; if the former is the root cause, could you please reassign it there, and if not, please look into solving this?
