Hello Joey, Since sarge was released, I think it is a good time to implement that change. I have uploaded a new menu package with updated documentation to reflect that transition. Binary menu files in /usr/lib/menu are supported, but I don't know a single example in Debian. Some executable menu-methods are used by the custom Debian distribution project but they are shell or perl scripts.
