You mean downgrade alsa-base from 1.0.9b-1 to 1.0.8 and alsa-utils from 1.0.9a-1 to 1.0.8 and alsa-oss from 1.0.9-1 to 1.0.8? Or do you mean the kernel drivers? I use vanilla kernel 2.6.11.10, don't know which alsa they use.
