Nope, daemon mode. Somehow I get 400 on either a set 3 packages, or a set of 2 (each set "fixed", but no intersecting the other) without this patch; I haven't figured out why only those 5 packages seem problematic, but right now I *always* hit one of the two, thus preventing me from completing my upgrade.
