When pressing Meta("Alt")+d in a german language environment, mrxvt leads to
the item "Datei" (english: "File")
or "Dokument" (english: "Document"), alternately. Because Alt+D is a common
shortcut for the "Datei" menu item,
I would suggest to change the "Document" shortcut to Alt+o or Alt+k.
