Bug#484338: xen-tools: No way to disable a flag enabled in the config file

  This is true, but there are two obvious solutions:

  1.  Edit the global configuration file.
  2.  Specify an alternative configuration file, containing
     for example, "password = 0" via --config=./my.conf.conf
