Package: valknut
Version: 0.3.7-1
Severity: normal
After holding off on changing over to valknut for as long as I could
(until debian forced me to change), I now find my concerns werent
unfounded.
Since changing to valknut, a lot of my transfers (not sure exactly how
many, but Id say over half) are being blindly dropped by the client.
After looking in the 'log' section of transfers, I often see things like
"Warning: Remote wants to upload a file".
Why is this a warinng? I requested the file, its in my queue, but for
some reason valknut thinks that someone trying to send me the file, is
worthy of a warning and closing the connection. There doesnt seem to be
any pattern to this, as sometimes I might receive this 'warning' several
times on a user, before the connection eventually starts and downloads.
Is there any way to turn off this 'warinng', so the program functions as
it was intended to?
