Currently the kernel code only shows a warning such as "[827407.304729]
warning: `asterisk' uses 32-bit capabilities (legacy support in use)" for one
single program. Therefore if the program in question is a daemon started at
boot then other programs that are being developed on the machine will not
trigger it. Thus using up the one warning about this situation with a daemon
will prevent other programs from being fixed - and delays the conversion
process for Lenny+1.

This is a safe change, the ABIs are 100% compatible.
