Package: bind9
Version: 1:9.3.4-2etch3
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

If I want to stop or to restart bind9, I can't by default. I get this message :

Stopping domain name service...: bindrndc: connect failed: 127.0.0.1#953:
connection refused
 failed!
Starting domain name service...: bind failed!

So that bind9 starts, I have to kill the "named" process before, and after I
can do "/etc/init.d/apache2 start".

I tried some solutions, and so it's the only solution. Perhaps, this is a bug.
I think...
