An experimental dictionaries-common package with this change and some others is at our alioth staging area, http://dict-common.alioth.debian.org/testing/ with a signed changes file in the same dir. I do not plan to do the actual upload until lenny is released, in case that happens soon. Otherwise I may reconsider things. You may want to use it to rebuild the rus-ispell package, along with the new myspell-tools, but please double check results, since is a not-yet-released version.
