I guess so, but probably not by insserv. I suspect the correct fix is for you to remove /etc/init.d/libdevmapper1.02 (it is probably replaced by newer versions of the package with the header) and for the package maintainer of whatever package includes screen-cleanup to update the start and stop runlevels for that script.
