This is gonna be an odd one: if the package libwxgtk2.8-dbg is not installed, poedit crashes when opening the file attached to this report. I already cornered the problem down to libwxgtk2.8-dbg by first just installing wx2.8-headers (still segfaults) and then libwxbase2.8-dbg (ditto). After installing libwxgtk2.8-dbg poedit opens the file just fine without any segfault. Obviously I cannot provide a useful GDB backtrace but at least this one: > #0 0x20227370 in ??
