If the modules were included on the hd-media image, it should allow booting
d-i from a SD card on systems that support that, and that also have a mass
storage device for d-i to install to. That's not the main thrust of this bug,
but I see no hard in doing it now. (Wouldn't hurt to test that
list-devices {disk,partition} finds the SD card so mountmedia works.)
